While earning my Master’s degree in Educational Psychology/Counseling, I was searching for an efficient, effective, and positive means to help my clients overcome self-doubt, stress, anxiety, habitual behaviors, personal challenges, and life transitions in order to create healthier, richer and more balanced lives. Thus began my personal and professional journey into coaching and consulting. Through the facets of Positive Psychology and the coaching practices of Appreciative Inquiry and Motivational Interviewing, I help clients to identify and celebrate their personal strengths, values, and motivators while creating lasting change.
In 2009, I founded Shari Fish Wellness, a consulting and coaching practice focused on teens, young adults, and women. Understanding that each individual I work with is unique, I provide coaching tailored to their personalities and goals.
